I created an Order in Salla and no Sales Invoice was issued for it in Enerpize?

  • According to the integration mechanism between Enerpize and Salla, the order status in Salla must be “Completed” and the order data will not be sent to Enerpize if it’s recorded in any other status.
  • Please review the order and ensure that its status is set to Completed in Salla.
  • If the sales invoice has not been received in Enerpize after changing the order status in Salla to “Completed”, please contact the technical support department via the following link: “Contact Us”.
