Adding a Recurring Appointment
This feature from Enerpize allows you to set up a recurring appointment automatically, without the need to reset the appointment each time.
- Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the client follow-up app in your account.
Steps to add a Recurring Appointment
- Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
- Click on “Appointments”.
- Click the “New Appointment” button.
- Select the “Client” from the account client list.
- Set the date and time of the appointment from the “Date” field.
- Enter the “Duration” value to set the time the appointment will take.
- Select the required action from the “Actions” list.
- Add “Notes” related to the appointment in the attached text editor with formatting tools.
- Click on the “Recurring” checkbox.
- Select the interval for the appointment recurrence (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.).
- Select the end date for recurrence within the “Date” field.
- Note: If you leave the “Date” field empty, the system will repeat the appointment indefinitely.
- Click on the checkbox “Share With Client” to share the appointment details with the client upon saving.
- Click on the checkbox “Assign to staff members” to assign the appointment to one or more users for client follow-up.
- Select the users you want to assign this appointment to from the dropdown list “Select staff members“.
- Click the “Save” button.
- The system displays only the first appointment and the one following it; it doesn’t show all the appointments from the start of the recurrence to its end.
