Adding an Appointment to an Invoice

Through this feature, you can set up an appointment to take any action related to the invoice, as well as assigning one of your employees to be in charge of this action.

  1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Invoices”.
  3. Click on the required invoice that you wish to arrange an appointment for,
  4. Click on the “More Options” button at the top of the invoice display screen.
  5. Choose “Schedule Appointment” from the menu.
  6. Set the appointment date from the “Date” field.
  7. Set the appointment “Time”.
  8. Enter the value of the “Duration” to set the duration that the appointment will take.
  9. Select the required action from the “Actions” list.
    • Note: you can customize your actions list and add new actions to your account. For more info, check theEdit Actions List guide.
  10. Add the “Notes” related to the appointment in the text editor attached with the formatting tools.
  11. You can select some of the available options like:
    • Share With Client: send the appointment details to the client portal.
      • Note: For a client to be able to view the appointment, you would need first to give the client the permission to view appointments on their portal. For more info, check the Client Settings guide.
    • Recurring: the appointment will recur on stable intervals and until a specific date.
    • Assign to staff members: One or more staff members are selected to view the appointment and follow up with the client.
      • Note: there has to be at least one user on your Enerpize account for this option to appear. For more info, check the Add New Userguide.
  12. Click “Save” once you are done.
