Adding an Employment Type
Add an Employment type in terms of work schedule, such as full-time, part-time, or freelance… etc., in a way that suits the nature of your business.
- Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the organizational structure app in your account.
Steps to add an Employment Type
- From the main menu, click on “Organizational Structure”.
- Click on “Manage Employment Types”.
- Click on the “New Employment Type” button.
- Examples of employment types: (Full-time – Part-time – Freelance).
- Enter the employment type information as follows:
- Name: Type the name of the employment type as required.
- Status: Choose from the dropdown the status of the employment type, whether “Active” or “Inactive”.
- Description: Type a description for the employment type in the dialog box.
- Click on the “Save” button.
- The system will display a message “Employment Type Added Successfully” and show you all its details as follows:
- Details: A tab that includes the details of the employment type, including its name and description.
- Assigned Employees: A tab that contains the details of the employees assigned to this employment type.
- Activity Log: A tab that includes all activities performed on this employment type.
