Adding a Form Record to the client’s file
How to add a related form record to the client
- Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Clients”.
- Click on the desired client file.
- Click on the “Add” button located at the top right of the client’s page.
- Select from the menu the “Form” that you want to add a record to.
- Fill in the designated fields in the form.
- Click on the “Save” button.
