Assigning Invoices to a Work Order
You can assign sales invoices to work orders or workflows so that you can determine and distribute the incomes related to each workflow/ work order by the end of each work order.
Steps to Assign an Invoices to a Work Order
- Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Invoices”.
- View the sales invoice that you wish to assign to a work order.
- From the actions menu above the invoice, click on “More Options”.
- Choose “Assign Work Order” from the list.
- Select the required work order for the dropdown menu.
- Click “Save” to assign the sales invoice to the chosen work order.
Note: after saving, the sales invoice will show up on the work order profile that it’s been assigned to.
