Employee Attendance Log Sessions
How to Log an Employee Session
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
- Click on “Attendance Log Sessions”.
- Click on the button “Take Employee Attendance”.
- The system will display a pop-up window for you to select the employee you wish to record their attendance for that session.
- From the dropdown list under “Employee”, select the name of the employee whose attendance you wish to record.
- Click on the “Sign” button.
- Repeat the process until you have recorded the attendance for all employees for the current session, then click the “X” button to close the pop-up window.
- Click the “Close” button on the top right of the screen.
Note: When adding a new “Attendance Log” for an employee, a new field called “Calculate Attendance” will appear on the “Attendance Logs” page. Clicking on it will automatically calculate the attendance logs through the system.
