Changing an Invoice Status

Enerpize provides the functionality of manually creating invoice statuses and changing between them, and that’s in addition to the original invoice payment statuses.

1- Enabling Manual Statuses

  1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Sales Settings”.
  3. Click on “General Invoice/Estimate Settings”.
  4. Check the box next to “Enable Invoice Manual Statuses” to enable the functionality.
  5. You can click onEdit Statuses Listto start editing the list and adding new statuses.
  6. A window for adding new statuses will appear:
    • Add the status name to the “Name” column.
    • Select one of the available colors from the “Colors” column to distinguish statuses from one another.
    • Click on the “Add New Status” button to display a new line and add more statuses to the list.
    • You can click on the “Delete” button to delete an added status.
  7. Click the “Save” button once you are done and you will get a confirmation message to add the status to the list.
  8. Close the page by clicking on the mark (X).
  9. Click “Save” on the invoice settings screen

 

2-Changing an invoice status:

  1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Invoices”.
  3. Click on the required invoice that you wish to change the status for.
  4. Click on the “Select Status” list.
  5. Choose the required status.
