Changing an Invoice Status
Enerpize provides the functionality of manually creating invoice statuses and changing between them, and that’s in addition to the original invoice payment statuses.
1- Enabling Manual Statuses
- Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
- Click on “Sales Settings”.
- Click on “General Invoice/Estimate Settings”.
- Check the box next to “Enable Invoice Manual Statuses” to enable the functionality.
- You can click on “Edit Statuses List” to start editing the list and adding new statuses.
- A window for adding new statuses will appear:
- Add the status name to the “Name” column.
- Select one of the available colors from the “Colors” column to distinguish statuses from one another.
- Click on the “Add New Status” button to display a new line and add more statuses to the list.
- You can click on the “Delete” button to delete an added status.
- Click the “Save” button once you are done and you will get a confirmation message to add the status to the list.
- Close the page by clicking on the mark (X).
- Click “Save” on the invoice settings screen
2-Changing an invoice status:
- Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Invoices”.
- Click on the required invoice that you wish to change the status for.
- Click on the “Select Status” list.
- Choose the required status.
