Create a Requisition Linked to a Manufacturing Order (Receiving Materials)
- Click on “Manufacturing” from the main menu.
- Select “Manufacturing Orders.”
- Click on the manufacturing order for which you want to create a linked warehouse issuance order.
- Click on “Receive Raw Materials.”
- Enter the requisition details
- Date: This is automatically set to the current date when the requisition is created, but you can change it if needed.
- Warehouse: Choose the warehouse from which the stock items listed in the order will be issued.
- Journal Account: The sub-account associated with the manufacturing order is automatically selected.
- Notes and Attachments: If there are any notes or files related to the warehouse issuance order, you can add them here.
- Items: The raw materials specified in the manufacturing order will automatically appear with their quantities. The stock balances before and after the raw material issuance will also be displayed.
- Click on the “Confirm” button.
The “Receiving Material” step generates a warehouse requisition to obtain the necessary materials, which causes actual inventory movement.
