Creating a Refund for an Invoice with Loyalty Points
How to create a Refund Receipt with Loyalty Points
- Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
- Click on “Manage Invoices”.
- Click on the required invoice that the client wishes to return/ refund.
- Click on the “Create Refund Receipt” button.
- Note: The refund receipt data will be recalled from the original invoice.
- Save the refund receipt in a suitable format:
- “Save as Draft”: This allows you to save the invoice as a draft for future finalization.
- “Save & Don’t Print”: Save the invoice in the system without printing it.
- “Save & Print”: save the invoice and print it instantly.
Note: Loyalty points that have been consumed as discounts cannot be redeemed when returning/ refunding the invoice
