Creating an Attendance Sheet

Through the attendance sheet, you can obtain overall statistics on the total hours of attendance, permissions, and absences over a specified period, whether for an employee, branch, department, or otherwise.

 

How to create an Attendance Sheet

  1. From the main menu, click on “Attendance“.
  2. Click on “Attendance Sheets“.
  3. Click the “Create Attendance Sheet” button.
  4. Enter the attendance sheet data as follows:
    • From: Select the start date for the attendance sheet from the calendar.
    • To: Select the end date for the attendance sheet from the calendar.
    • Choose the criteria for selecting the employees for whom you want to create an attendance sheet either by “Rule Selection” or “Employees Selection” directly by name.
    • In the case of “Rule Selection“, enter the data as follows:
      • Branch: Select the branch from the dropdown for which you want to create the attendance sheet for its employees.
      • Department: Select the department from the dropdown for which you want to create the attendance sheet for its employees.
      • Designation: Select the designation from the dropdown for which you want to create the attendance sheet for its employees.
      • Shift: Select the shift from the dropdown for which you want to create the attendance sheet for its employees.
    • In the case of “Employees Selection”, select the employee(s) by name from the dropdown for whom you want to create an attendance sheet.
  5. Click the “Create” button.
  • Notes:
    • The system will not be able to create an attendance sheet if there is already a log for the same specified period or specific days in the specified period for a particular employee.
    • The created attendance sheet will be in the “Pending” status until approved. For more information on how to approve an attendance sheet, please refer to the “Actions on the Attendance Sheet”  guide.
