Creating an Invoice from the Sales Screen

Click on “POS” from the main menu.

Click on “Start Selling” to proceed to the sales screen.

Inside the “Sales Screen”:

  1. Click on the products you want to add on the right side.
  2. Control the product using the buttons at the bottom:

    • Select the desired unit of measurement for the product.

      • Note: To display options for selecting the unit of measurement for the product, a unit template must be assigned in the product file. For more details, refer to theMeasurement Unit Templates guide.
    • Click on the “Qty” button to add the product quantity.
    • Click on the “Price” button to adjust the product price.
    • Click on the ” Dis $” button to apply a specific value discount to the product price.
    • Click on the “Dis %” button to apply a percentage discount to the product price.
    • Click on the “Shipping” button to add shipping and delivery charges to the invoice.
    • Click on the “Remove” button to delete the item from the invoice.
  3. Click on the button with the image to return to the main product list.
  4. Click on the “Payment” button to pay the invoice.
  5. Click on the “Confirm” button.

    • Note: The POS app allows direct product entry using barcode scanners, and the quantity of the product is increased if its barcode is scanned multiple times.
    • Note: The POS app creates and selects a default client named, and you can “Add Client” or “Select a Client” by clicking on the icon at the top of the screen.
