Deactivating the Treasury/ Bank Account

1. Click on “Finance” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Treasuries & Bank Accounts”.
3. Click on the desired treasury/bank account you wish to modify.
4. Click on the “Deactivate” button.

• Note: Deactivating the treasury halts all transactions with it entirely within the account. It will never appear as an option for collection or payment in the program windows. The treasury will appear in the “Treasuries & Bank Accounts” list with a “Inactive” status.
