Deleting a Membership Renewal
- Note: Before you start, make sure to activate the membership app in your account.
After adding a membership for a client and paying for its value, the system allows you to delete this membership if desired for any reason. However, the invoice for the membership payment remains available in “Invoice Management“.
Follow the steps below to properly delete the membership and its associated invoice from the system:
- From the main menu, click on “Memberships“.
- Click on “Manage Subscriptions“.
- Click on the subscription you want to delete from the list of created subscriptions.
- Click on the “Delete” button at the top of the renewal data.
- Click on the “Yes” button in the delete confirmation message.
- After the system displays a successful renewal deletion message, the renewal invoice that was created will remain in “Invoice Management“, so you will also need to delete it.

- After deleting the renewal, you can now delete the membership from “Manage Memberships” page.
