Deleting the Treasury/ Bank Account

1. Click on “Finance” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Treasuries & Bank Accounts”.
3. Click on the desired treasury/bank account you wish to delete.
4. Click on the “Delete” button.
5. Click on “Yes” when the confirmation message appears.

Notes:

• You cannot delete a treasury or bank account if there are any transactions or balances. First, all financial transactions must be deleted by removing their source from the account’s records or operations.
• The system does not allow deleting all the treasuries and bank accounts in the account. At least one treasury must be left functioning as the main treasury in the account.
