How to Add the VAT Number to an Invoice

Enerpize software enables you to transfer all your company’s data to the invoice template to include all the required information on the electronic invoice, including the “VAT Number of the company”, and this requires two main steps:

• Registering the VAT Number in the Software Settings.
• Adding the variable that displays the VAT number to the invoice template.

1-Registering the VAT Number in the General Settings

1. From the main menu, click on “Settings”.
2. Click on “Account Settings” from the menu.
3. Enter your company’s VAT number in the “VAT Number” field.
4. Click the “Save” button at the top of the screen.
