- Click on “Accounting” from the main menu.
- Click on “Accounting Settings”.
- Click on “Accounts Routing”.
- Click on “Requisitions” from the menu on the left side.
- Select the required accounts for the requisition movements:
- Inbound Requisition: Select the account representing the credit party in the store addition entry. The default account is “Other Payables”.
- Outbound Requisition: Select the account representing the debit party in the store issuance entry. The default account is “Other Receivables”.
- Stocktaking Outbound: Select the account representing the debit side of the entry to adjust the stock deficit. The default account is “Cost of Sales”.
- Stocktaking Inbound: Select the account representing the credit side of the entry to adjust the stock surplus. The default account is “Cost of Sales”.
- Click on the “Save” button.
