Management of Loyalty Points Conversion Factor in Invoices
What is the loyalty points conversion factor?
The Loyalty Points Conversion Factor refers to the rule that governs the monetary value attributed to each loyalty point a client has. It is the reverse process of the loyalty rule that determines the number of points a client earns based on their monetary transactions.
For Example:
If you set the conversion factor to 5 pounds per point, a discount of 5 pounds will be applied for each loyalty point used by the client on any invoice.
If you set the conversion factor to 0.1 pounds per point, a discount of 1 pound will be applied for every 10 points used by the client on any invoice.
