Managing Memberships Settings

The software allows you to assign tolerance days for the client to renew his membership. During these days, the client can continue to use his membership normally until the renewal is completed.

If the client renews his membership within these tolerance days, the new renewal date is calculated from the expiration date. However, if he renews his membership after the specified tolerance days have elapsed, the new renewal date is calculated from the renewal day after the tolerance days.

 

  1. From the main menu, click on “Memberships“.
  2. Click on “Settings“.
  3. Click on the card labeled “General“.
  4. Set the settings according to your business policies, as follows:
    • Tolerance Days: Enter the number of grace days for the client to complete the renewal process.
    • Allow Client Attendance To: Select from the dropdown menu who is authorized to register attendance: All clients, or All Members, or Active Members.
  5. Click the “Save” button located at the top left of the screen.
