Modifying an SMS Template

1. From the main menu, click on “Templates“.
2. Click on “SMS Templates“.
3. Click on the “Edit” button next to the template you want to modify.
4. Make the necessary changes as needed.
5. Click on the “Save” button.

• Note: You cannot modify the selected template type when “adding an SMS template“.
