Sending an SMS of the Appointment

What to do before sending the Appointment?

To send an appointment in a short text message, you must first ensure that the SMS app is activated and create a short text message template. For more details, refer to the guide SMS APP Settings and the guide Adding an SMS Template.

Sending the Appointment

  1. From the main menu, click on “Clients“.
  2. Click on “Appointments“.
  3. Select the appointment(s) you want to send an SMS for.
  4. Click on the “Actions” button at the top right of the screen and select from the dropdown “Send SMS“.
  5. Select the desired template from the dropdown “SMS Template“.
  6. In the “Messages” field, you can modify the template and customize it as needed using “Placeholder Elements“.
  7. Click on the “Send” button.
    • Note: The system will send the message to the mobile number registered in the related client’s details for the appointment. For more details, refer to the guide “Add a new client“.
  • The system will open a new screen displaying the status of the message, its details, and any errors that may have occurred during sending.
