Types of Credits, their Charging, and Usage
Package systems using credit charging and membership packages are widely used for various business activities. The types of credits vary depending on the type of package used. For example, call minutes and megabytes are suitable for telecommunications companies, while other credit types may be used for different packages.
How to Add a New Credit Type
Click on ‘Settings’ under ‘Points and Credits’ in the main menu and then click on the ‘Credit Types’ card.”
Click on “New Credit Type“
Enter credit type information:
- Credit Name: Choose a name that reflects the type of credit.
- Status: Choose whether this credit type is active or inactive.
- Unit: Enter the credit unit, such as minutes, megabytes, or a financial amount.
- Description: If there are any notes you’d like to add about the credit type.
Click on the ‘Save‘ button.
You have some actions available for the credit type, such as:
- Edit
- Delete
- Mark as Inactive
Use the search tools to filter the credit type.
Notice the appearance of the credit type you added when creating a new package.
